Matthew is a Principal at Keystone Commercial Real Estate. Specializing in tenant representation, investment sales, and handling selected leasing accounts, Matthew has received the CoStar Power Broker award for numerous years in a row. Currently serving as the State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he is also the President Elect of the broker network, Site Source. His career began in 1993 when becoming a licensed sales associate while attending Wayne State University and receiving his broker’s license shortly after in 2001. Matthew was promoted to Vice President at The Beale group from 2009-2011 and formed Keystone shortly after. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, playing hockey, and spending time with his family.unts.
