In 2003, Matthew started his commercial real estate career with Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd. He achieved substantial success early in his real estate career, concluding several significant leasing and sales transactions of industrial properties and land. In 2007, Colliers International expanded their industrial division with the acquisition of Torode Realty (Edmonton) Ltd.
Matthew continues to achieve success at Colliers International. Matthew’s clients benefit from his commercial banking background and his unique experience as a former investigator with the RCMP. His attention to detail is influenced by past investigative experiences of homicides, proceeds of crime, the illicit drug trade, money laundering, mortgage fraud and VIP Protective Services for dignitaries such as; the Prime Minister of Canada, Governor General of Canada, and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
