Matthew acts on high street and shopping centre instructions across the south, south west and Wales for major Institutions, property companies, family trusts and individuals.
He also acts on behalf of a number of high street retailers acquiring units across all formats, including non-standard edge of town, out of town and roadside premises. He has extensive experience in disposing of retail premises, either individually or working on national disposal programs and rationalising portfolios.
He has detailed knowledge of the region through acting for both landlords and tenants, and can offer a balanced and considered view on premises, locations and the marketplace.
