Matt began his real estate career at The Albert M. Greenfield Company, where he was hired to assist in the day-to-day marketing of University City’s 3100 Chestnut Street, now known as The Left Bank. The connections he made canvassing and cold calling for this property led him to the first of his many complex transactions - representing The Dyna East Corporation’s build to suit construction of their 45,000-square foot headquarters in Gulph Mills, PA.It was also during this time Matt caught the attention of Steve Perna, who had just been hired to develop a brokerage business for The Arden Group. Matt was Steve‘s first hire at Arden. Over the next ten years Matt and Steve worked together to build this brokerage business from the ground up.
