Matthew is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing acquisition opportunities throughout the U.S. on behalf of Lincoln Retail REIT Services and LPC. Matthew joined Lincoln in 2014, after spending the prior 12 years developing more than 2.5 million square feet and acquiring real estate assets in excess of $2 billion while working at The Retail Connection, The MGHerring Group, and Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). Prior to that, Matthew was with private equity company, The Carlyle Group, in Washington, DC serving on their European leveraged buyout and venture capital funds. Matthew earned a magna cum laude bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting with Special Attainments in Commerce at Washington and Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
