Bio
Matt joined The Keith Corporation in 2024 with a focus on industrial development, leasing, and asset management. Prior to TKC, Matt was in Lovett Industrial’s DC office, leading sourcing, capitalization, and execution for acquisition and development projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. During his time at Lovett, he managed 6 ground-up developments totaling 2,000,000 square feet and acquired a portfolio of 18 stabilized assets. Prior to business school, Matt was in Deloitte Consulting’s Real Estate & Location Strategy practice, helping corporate clients think strategically about their global office portfolios.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, where he owned and operated a shipping and storage business for students, and an MBA from Columbia University. Outside of the Keith Corporation, Matt is an active volunteer with Project Destined and enjoys staying active, live music, watching sports, and exploring new cities.
