As President of Northern Builders, Matthew is responsible for managing all business operations, as well as new development and construction sales. This includes procuring new business, structuring joint venture partnerships, acquiring new strategic land positions, guiding pre-construction services, and overseeing construction operations to exceed team goals for performance, quality, timing, and client satisfaction.
As an owner, investor, and member of the company’s third generation, Matthew has over 24 years of experience and has held various positions in construction, finance, real estate, property management, and development sales.
Matthew is an active participant with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and an advisory committee member for Chicago’s Merit School of Music.
