Matthew Haggerty is the Vice President of Asset Management for Sherman Associates. He is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of the company’s portfolio of assets, with an emphasis on multifamily residential properties. Haggerty provides quality leadership and direction to the Asset Management department and works with the leadership team to establish and maintain comprehensive strategies for the real estate assets within the Sherman Associates portfolio by coordinating with Property Operations, the Executive Vice President, and COO to ensure the financial success for all real estate assets.
