As President and CEO, Hayden oversees all of the company's management, finance and operations. He works directly with the company's owners, Executive Committee and senior managers to guide the strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining Boyle in March 2014, Hayden gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He was previously a Senior Vice President with Wunderlich Securities, Inc. in the investment banking group where he specialized in advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions in the financial services, industrial and energy sectors. Prior to Wunderlich, Hayden was a First Vice President with Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. where he specialized in transactions in the transportation, industrial and financial services sectors. Prior to Morgan Keegan, Hayden was with Ernst & Young, where he performed assurance and advisory services for public and private companies. In addition to holding the title of Chief Financial Officer, Matt was promoted to Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2022.
