Morris “Matthew” Jemal oversees leasing, lease administration, and strategic dispositions for Douglas Development.
Since joining Douglas Development Corp. in 2005, he has been instrumental in executing lease transactions totaling over 20 million square feet of commercial space. An expert in negotiating complex leases and performing delinquency restructures, Matthew is the primary liaison between brokers and Douglas Development.
His impact on the world of commercial real estate brokerage is broad and substantial. In recognition of his significant contributions to the industry, Matthew was featured by Bisnow in 2007 as one of the top 10 individuals to watch under age 35.
