Bio
Matt joined Crestpoint in 2017 and has since completed over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions across all asset classes in the Canadian market. He is currently a Director on the Investments team, where he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across all asset classes nationwide.
Matt began his career in real estate brokerage in 2014 at Avison Young, followed by CBRE, where he specialized in leasing and investment sales.
Matt holds an Honours Business Administration degree with Distinction from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
