Matthew Naumann is a Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in investment sales. In this role he assists both buyers and sellers of commercial investment properties in the Boise area and throughout the State of Idaho.
Mr. Naumann began his career at a national brokerage in the Las Vegas market area and continued his established success upon moving home to Boise in 2017. In 2020, he joined CBRE to open the corporate CBRE Boise office. Having worked directly in multiple markets, he has a uniquely holistic viewpoint of how national trends and dynamics affect individual market areas. He is an active member of the Boise community, including supporting local high schools, youth sports and other athletic organizations with their fund-raising efforts. He received his master’s degree in Business Administration and holds a bachelor’s degree from Boise State University.
