Matt Nunley serves as Vice President, Multifamily Development at Hillwood, where he leads work for the company's Multifamily division. He is responsible for the design, permitting, construction, stabilization, and disposition of multifamily projects within the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area and other Texas markets. Nunley oversees every stage of the multifamily development process and has been involved in developing over 2,300 units since joining Hillwood. He is also a key player in Hillwood's land acquisition strategy for the company's multifamily portfolio.
Nunley has more than 11 years of industry experience, including eight years with Hillwood. Before joining Hillwood, he worked in multifamily construction for Camden Property Trust, where he managed the construction of three multifamily developments across Texas totaling 800 units and the repositioning of a 1,600-bed student housing project.
