Bio
Matthew is a Managing Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas where he co-leads JLL’s National SFR/BTR Practice Group. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has ten years of experience in real estate capital markets. He has successfully completed capitalizations on a range of commercial property types, including single family rental, build to rent, multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, industrial and hotel. Matthew is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions and portfolio sales. During his tenure at HFF, he’s completed in excess of $4.5 billion of real estate capitalizations.
Matthew started at HFF in July 2011. Before that, he worked as a real estate leasing and sales agent for Austin City Realty, LLC while attending the University of Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
