Matt Ramsey serves as a Executive Vice President with JLL Retail specializing in tenant representation. In his role at JLL, he will work to facilitate and enhance the Midwest team’s tenant representation service offerings and focus on new business development. He has extensive experience representing national retailers in regional and national multi-market store rollouts and is expert at assisting his clients in all aspects including developing and implementing comprehensive retail market strategies, and successfully negotiating sale and lease transactions.
Matt’s collaborative team approach has allowed him to develop comprehensive best-in-class processes and relationships that have helped more than 40 retailers achieve their market specific development goals. This includes more than 200 transactions, with an aggregate value of more than $200 million dollars.
