Matt Rotenstreich is a Vice President specializing in Retail Tenant Representation with the Colliers International Retail Services Group. Mr. Rotenstreich works to assist with restaurant and retail expansion strategies and site selection throughout Metro Atlanta and the Southeast. Matt has developed a focus in representing Big Box national retailers, outparcel users, and land acquisition using extensive market knowledge and analysis to help clients develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
Matt is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where he received his degree in Marketing with a concentration in Real Estate.
