Serves as Vice President of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments. He is responsible for the origination and execution of development projects within the Houston market, including site identification, contract negotiation, site due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction completion.
Prior to joining HLC, Matthew was an Associate Director for Stream Realty Partners’ Industrial Development platform in Houston, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of new opportunities in the Southeast United States. In this role he gained valuable experience in site planning, financial underwriting, asset management, and data analytics to drive strategic investment decisions. Prior to Stream Realty Partners, Matthew worked on CBRE’s Asset Analyst team in Houston, Texas.
Matthew received a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Matthew is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder and active member in NAIOP/NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program.
