I began my commercial real estate career in 2009 after transitioning from the logistics and commercial truck retail industries, bringing with me a practical understanding of how real estate, operations, and location can directly impact a company’s profitability. Born and raised in St. Louis—and having spent all but four years of my life here—I have a deep connection to the region and an extensive understanding of the local business and real estate landscape. As a product of small business myself, I have focused my career on helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors navigate the often-complicated aspects of commercial real estate and make informed decisions that support their broader business and financial objectives. My experience spans retail, office, industrial and land transactions, as well as both tenant and landlord representation, allowing me to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives. I take a consultative, problem-solving approach to every assignment, combining market knowledge, financial analysis, due diligence, and creative thinking to identify opportunities, address challenges, and protect my clients' interests.
