Matthew A. Spezzano established Selective Properties Realty firm in 1999. He has been a licensed New York Real Estate broker since 1987. He is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers since 1988. Mr. Spezzano also purchases and rehabilitates distressed properties in the area. He is one of a handful of brokers who still reside in Middle Village. He has been a resident of Middle Village for over 40 years.
