Mr. Sprayregen has developed a comprehensive skillset in investing throughout his career in corporate private equity and a real estate investment firm with a total transaction volume of over $1.5 billion across multiple sectors and asset classes. Prior to forming Knickpoint, Mr. Sprayregen was the CEO of both Tuck-it-Away and Rising Development where he led value add real estate investments throughout the New York tri-state area. Prior to that role, Mr. Sprayregen worked at BBH Capital Partners, where he invested in both the technology and healthcare sector throughout the country and internationally.
