Maurice Kadosh founded KH Property Group in 2006 with a clear vision: to grow a dynamic, impact-driven real estate platform through strategic investment and disciplined execution. Under his leadership, KH has expanded its portfolio across five states, encompassing residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.
Over the years, Maurice has led the company through several key milestones. From early residential acquisitions in Atlanta between 2010 and 2013, to high-performing asset sales in 2017 delivering a 3x return and 30% IRR, his strategy has consistently produced strong results. In 2018, KH entered the Detroit market, acquiring 950 homes and 150,000 square feet of commercial space, playing a major role in the city’s revitalization. His work in Chattanooga includes notable adaptive reuse and urban redevelopment projects, and in 2022, he led the transformation of a St. Petersburg hotel into a high-performing boutique hospitality asset.
