Maurice Nieman leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in single- tenant, multi-tenant and net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions and portfolio dispositions nationwide. As an Executive Managing Director, Maurice and his team have completed investment transactions valued in excess of $2 billion. Based in the Orange County , he and his team are focused on growing the Capital Markets service offering with an innovative, supportive and client-centric platform. Maurice advises a diverse client base that includes public and privately held real estate investment trusts (REITs), high net worth individuals, merchant developers, partnerships, syndications, family offices, offshore investors, funds and institutional investment groups. The Capital Markets Group provides a wide range of services, including: disposition and acquisition advisory, portfolio analysis, lease renegotiations, sale-leasebacks, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, own-versus-lease analysis, 1031 exchange transaction, and capital markets consulting. Prior to joining NAI Capital Commercial, Nieman served as Executive Managing Director at Savills North America, where he led a team focused on single-tenant, multi-tenant, and Net Leased investment sales across the United States. His team operated out of the Downtown Los Angeles and Orange County offices, expanding the firm’s Capital Markets capabilities with an innovative and client-focused approach. Earlier in his career, Nieman held senior positions at CBRE as Senior Vice President in the Net Lease Property Group, representing a wide range of clients—including Fortune 100 corporations—in the disposition of NNN assets. He also served as Vice President of Investment Sales at Colliers International, leading dispositions of retail and single-tenant properties nationwide.
