He is responsible for the origination and execution of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. His clients consist of private equity funds, UHNW family offices, and regional operators and developers. Maxx has extensive experience advising through complex capital markets dynamics and working with derivative advisors to advise on creative hedging strategies.
Prior to joining BWE in 2023 to aid in the firm’s expansion into Florida, Maxx spent nearly 10 years with JLL Capital Markets and was involved in more than $4 billion of real estate transactions throughout the United States.
