Maylene joined Arden Logistics Parks in October 2024 as an Associate, Asset Management. Prior to joining ALP, Maylene was an Asset Management Analyst with MDH Partners focused on portfolio analysis, value creation through strategic leasing and capital projects, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the portfolio. Maylene also served as an Investment Analyst for RBC Capital Markets within the tax credit syndication group. She was responsible for financial modeling, constructing investor-facing materials, and reviewing market studies and developer materials to conduct due diligence analysis. Maylene also was with Woda Cooper Companies, a low-income housing tax credit developer. Maylene oversaw the underwriting for real estate transactions from conception to closing and produced operating expense budgets using Yardi Systems and CoStar. She developed a thorough knowledge of state Qualified Allocation Plans and site selection scoring criteria and assisted in reviewing and coordinating materials for LIHTC applications. Maylene earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate with minors in both Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability (EEDS) and Music, Media, and Enterprise (MME) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She is a member of NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders, IWIRE North Texas, and Social Venture Partners Dallas. lysis.
