Mayur Desai grew up in the family business with their first family Motel, Scottish Inn, located in Meridian, MS. His father Champak Desai purchased their first Motel in 1991and Mayur learned the industry from the ground up through his father’s detailed mentoring and guidance.
Mayur’s first Hotel was purchased in 2003, Cranbury Inn & Suites located in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Mayur then went on to co-create Triad Property Management with his close friend Neal Thakor in 2005.
