About us
Blue Dolphin Properties is a national property investment, development and management company.
We are interested in high profile locations especially in developing regions with high job demand and growth.
We are proud to offer a deep Real Estate experience of 11 years (originally incorporated under the name Gingee Inc.)
Since 2003 we have been heavily involved in investing in the commercial real estate sector. We offer a unique perspective as a manager of commercial real estate across multiple subtypes including: Retail, Hospitality, General Office and Medical Office Buildings.
Our operational model focuses on three aspects:
The first is tenants' relations. This is a particular expertise of ours. We optimize the space for our tenants to insure a productive and fruitful environment and optimize resource and energy conservation.
The second is community relations. We think of ourselves as your neighbors and we thrive to have great relationship with the surrounding community. Our leadership team has been involved in many community projects and has served on many state and leadership boards.
The third is investor relations. We bring insight, knowledge and expertise to a variety of transactions. We count on an exceptional internal team to maintain accurate accounting, timely reporting and vendor coordination.
