As an Associate with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, McCallum joined the Capital Markets team in 2023. He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in real estate.
Working with one of the Northwest’s most active and experienced commercial real estate investment teams, McCallum specializes in Capital Markets and Investment Sales. He has a lifelong family-based background in multifamily management and commercial portfolio property management / loan portfolio analysis.
McCallum has consistently demonstrated dependability, diligence, and a thoughtful approach to the real estate business that places clients' needs at the forefront. He is

McCallum’s primary professional goal is to provide market knowledge and industry expertise while doing all he can to fulfill his clients' requirements and expectations. McCallum was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington. When not working, he enjoys water sports, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
