Bio
I am originally from Chicago, IL, and relocated to Colorado Springs, CO as a child. I proudly claim my Chicago roots with a love for deep dish pizza, the White Sox, and refraining from ketchup on a Chicago dog, while also considering Colorado home after many years in the state.
I am a solutions-oriented professional whose approach was shaped by early experience in the hospitality and service industries. My career in healthcare leasing began through a timely entry-level opportunity that introduced me to a field I genuinely love. Over the past six years, I have advanced from Leasing Coordinator to Associate and, eventually Vice President of Leasing. As a landlord representative, my primary focus is identifying physicians to lease space in de novo Class A medical facilities. Bearing witness to the benefits physicians reap in practice growth and the investment in their communities continues to be deeply rewarding.
I initially joined NexCore in the Marketing department, and my academic background and prior professional experience were also marketing-focused. This hybrid expertise in both Marketing and Leasing allows me to craft comprehensive, data-driven leasing strategies that consistently deliver results. Throughout my tenure, I have developed extensive industry knowledge across a broad range of project types and service models.
My key areas of expertise include:
- Full-cycle leasing management, including market insights, lead sourcing, financial analysis, lease negotiation, Project management and coordination of the design and construction of first-generation medical suites, and lease renewals.
- Collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including hospital executives, physicians, architects, contractors, general counsel (internal and tenant rep), private equity, and brokers.
- Lead generation and prospecting across multiple markets, including Draper and Orem/Provo, UT; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; and Aurora and Denver, CO.
