As Senior Leasing Agent, Megan brings a diverse background to the roles of her position. Her years of experience in customer service and the restaurant industry has contributed to her success in sales and providing care and competence to our tenants. Generating lease leads, following up with tenants throughout the process, and documenting all internal and external communication are key components to Megan's responsibilities. Attaining her Bachelors in Communications in 2016 has deepened her passion for the role communication plays in everyday life. In her own words, "Learning and knowing my audience has taught me how to more accurately analyze situations. I seek to understand people who have different perspectives than my own. Nothing flows without proper communication." Helping tenants find their perfect space and getting to know their business is both exhilarating and rewarding for Megan, as she can put her skills to use. Megan is excited to be a part of Urban Story Ventures as it continues to grow.
