Bio
Megan is responsible for leading the acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of various retail, mixed-use, and multi-family projects for Endeavor.
Since joining Endeavor
Megan has successfully managed the entitlements for multiple mixed-use developments in Austin including Plaza Saltillo and 2323 South Lamar, as well as developed retail centers in Dripping Springs, Copperas Cove, Austin and Hutto, Texas.
She has experience in office development at Plaza Saltillo and the Domain.
Megan is currently focused on the entitlement, construction, and disposition of multiple retail projects in Austin, Hutto, and Leander, including Manor Point, South Brook Station and Northline Retail.
Megan manages a raw land asset northeast of Houston, including development and entitlement associated with the disposition of over 2,500 acres of land as well as the now completed entitlement of an 800+ acre environmental mitigation bank.
