Real estate is more than a profession for Megan Lyng; it is a family tradition. Growing
up in the industry and observing the success and genuine enjoyment her parents found
in their company, Megan joined David Lyng Real Estate in 2005 to combine her personal drive
with the firm’s decades of local heritage. Since beginning her career, she has
established herself as a top-tier professional, now consistently ranking in the Top 1% of all
Santa Cruz County REALTORS® in total sales volume.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, she also broadened her perspective
through educational programs in Florence, Italy, and at the Haas School of Business
at UC Berkeley. Before coming to David Lyng Real Estate she worked in the marketing dept at Federal Realty Investment Trust at Santana Row in Silicon Valley. These
experiences provided her with a global outlook and sophisticated business skills that she applies to every local transaction.
