Megan Snodgrass works with the Tenant Representation team in Houston, Texas to provide market research, financial analysis and lease structure. She represents tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space, specializing in lease, renewal, expansion, and sublease requirements.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, Megan worked in Office Agency Leasing providing leasing and marketing services to local and institutional landlords throughout Houston. This experience has given Megan a unique insight to both sides of a transaction. Before joining the real estate community, Megan was a Law Student Recruiting Coordinator.
