Mel Koich is a Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at Gatski Commercial. He began his commercial real estate career in 1979 with the opening of the first Lee & Associates office. Prior to joining Gatski Commercial, Mr. Koich held the distinction of being the largest income producer at Lee & Associates.
Mr. Koich specializes in leasing, sales, and investments of properties, along with land sales for commercial and industrial development. Mr. Koich also helped found the Orange office of Lee & Associates in 1983. In 1995 he relocated to Nevada.
Mr. Koich earned a BS Degree from Sacramento State University, majoring in Marketing/Business, with a minor in Architecture.
