Melanie Archer is the principal broker and founder of Archer Investment & Consulting, Inc.
Melanie is a commercial real estate broker with experience helping clients with large, sophisticated acquisitions as well as first time real estate investors. Prior to forming her brokerage and consulting firm, Melanie practiced real estate law for over a decade.
She began her career as a real estate and business attorney at Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP and later at Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg APC. She then worked as General Counsel for a large real estate brokerage before opening her own firm.
?Melanie knows first hand what it means to invest in real estate. With her investment partners, she owns and operates complexes throughout Southern California. Throughout her career, she has helped a multitude of investors identify, analyze, and acquire commercial real estate to accumulate both active and passive sources of income.
?Melanie graduated from the University of Southern California with Bachelor's Degrees in English and Political Science. She received her JD from UCLA School of Law. She lives in the South Bay with her husband and three sons.
