Melisa Owens is a licensed real estate professional with Hayden Outdoors, serving clients across Colorado and Nebraska. A Colorado native, Melisa was raised in Colorado Springs and spent 15 years in Steamboat Springs, where she gained extensive experience in real estate—working nine of those years on a top-producing team specializing in residential, ranch, and recreational properties.
In 2014, Melisa and her family relocated to Southwest Nebraska, where they embraced the rural lifestyle and strong sense of community. Her deep understanding of both Colorado and Nebraska markets allows her to provide clients with knowledgeable, personalized service across a wide range of property types.
