With 20 years' experience in Real Estate, Melissa has been successful in the many stages of the real estate market. She was active during the 2008 housing market downturn when the housing market collapsed. Families were struggling, and the market shifted to home preservation. She was active when the market went through the recovery stage, and homeowners were finally able to see housing values rise and lending practices stabilize. She was very active when the 2020 market began to see surging home prices and tight inventory. Real Estate practices were changing very quickly, and Melissa was proactive in bringing her clients reliable information and best practices for the changing times. in 2021, 2022, and 2023 Melissa was awarded as the top 3% in sales from MRED, Midwest Real Estate Database. Melissa has been adding more Commercial Real estate transitions to her portfolio. She understands the challenges of being a business owner and helping fellow entrepreneurs. It's an exciting market, very different from residential but equally challenging.
