Real estate is in Melissa's blood. A top producing real estate agent who is currently working towards her broker license, Melissa is a third-generation real estate professional and a key player in her family's nearly six-decade old real estate development and design-build company based on the East End.
Melissa specializes in land, construction and waterfront properties. She brings over fifteen years of corporate sales, luxury marketing and negotiation experience to every transaction, providing the highest level of expertise and service to every client. Working with both first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Melissa is a Certified Buyer’s Representative and can help her clients navigate the complexities of the Long Island and East End markets.
In 2022, Melissa was the recipient of Douglas Elliman’s prestigious Leading Edge Award and Agent of the Month in 2021- she is ranked as one of the top 21% of Elliman agents nationwide.
In addition to a Masters degree in Business Management and a Bachelors degree in International Business, Melissa holds a certified Sommelier certification and has a passion for wine and viticulture and may often be found walking the vines and meeting clients at her family's vineyard in Riverhead.
