Melissa was born & raised in Bernardsville, NJ and continues to call it home where she is an active member of Heartworks, St. Elizabeth's School as well as her neighborhood community. Melissa's professional background includes a successful career in corporate training, personnel management, and large-scale project management. Melissa joined Peg Carton in forming the Carton Reynolds Group over five years ago, and it has been one of her best decisions yet.
