Welcome to Tellico Plains, home of the Bears, where Melissa has lived all her life. She and her husband are both native to the Tellico Plains area, and she has been in the housing world for over 25 years. In 2016 she become the owner/broker of Tellico Mountain Realty LLC.
Melissa’s husband is a State of Tennessee Licensed Contractor and has been building houses for over 30 years. Melissa is a graduate from Tellico Plains High School and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is one of the few Real Estate Agents who are local to the Tellico Plains area. Melissa is highly active in the Tellico Plains Kiwanis Club, a local company that supports the local community.
At home Melissa has two wonderful daughters who are active in sports with track and basketball. Her oldest daughter won the State of Tennessee High School Division 1 A Track championship in the 800m and 3200m, making her the first female from Tellico Plains and Monroe County to ever win a championship. Melissa also has her two beloved Dachshunds and three cats.
If you walk into Melissa’s office, you are instantly greeted and welcomed to come in. She takes pride that it is all about her clients. She is very enthusiastic about her “small town with the big backyard.”
