With over 22 years of experience across capital markets, logistics, construction and commercial real estate, I operate at the intersection of finance and execution. I have managed the acquisition and disposition of over $1.5 billion in closed transactions, bringing an owner? operator mindset to every engagement. My work bridges institutional financial discipline with hands? on operational leadership, driving performance from acquisition through stabilization and long? term value optimization.
Currently, I am a commercial real estate agent with eXp Commercial, a pioneering, cloud based mega brokerage that is redefining the industry. I focus on working with owners, both private and institutional investors, as well as large servicers and financial institutions, with an emphasis on capital markets, REO? and note sales. My career began on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch and UBS, where I developed a foundation in capital markets, structured finance? and advisory strategy.
