I take immense pride in building a solid foundation for your real estate journey. A Bay Area multifamily investment sales specialist with over $250 million in developments and transactions, and more than 20 years of high-performing sales experience. Based in Marin County, I focus exclusively on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily apartments and income-producing properties across Marin, San Francisco, the East Bay, and Sonoma.
I work with private investors, family offices, and first-time investment buyers to identify, underwrite, and transact on assets that generate long-term wealth. From small residential income properties to larger apartment buildings, I understand what drives value — cap rates, rent rolls, vacancy trends, and upside potential — and bring that analytical rigor to every deal. Having personally bought, renovated, rented, and sold investment properties across the region, I don't just broker these transactions — I understand them from the inside out.
My background goes well beyond traditional real estate. I'm passionate about multifamily construction and development, having worked with some of the region's most respected firms — including Nibbi Brothers, Cahill, Build Group, Johnston Moyer, and Woods Partners. With hands-on experience in pre-development planning, construction oversight, and cost estimation, I bring a rare, comprehensive perspective to every deal.
I'm honored to serve on the Bareis MLS Management Committee, on the Advisory Board of Rotacare San Rafael, and as a member of the Marin County Rotary Club at San Rafael Harbor.
When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking Marin's trails, exploring new cuisines, and above all, treasuring time with my wife Katie, our three children, and our GSD, Tyson.
