Bio
Michael began his finance career in 1999 as an Analyst at a New York Stock Exchange firm, where he researched investment profiles and crafted strategies for clients. He later transitioned into mortgage banking, originating residential and commercial loans, and conducting nationwide real estate analysis and valuations, with a focus on subprime lending.
A decade later, Michael shifted into real estate representation and founded Clearview, a firm dedicated to helping both U.S. and foreign nationals build wealth through real estate investments in major metropolitan markets, with a focus on New York and Southern California, where he is licensed as a Real Estate Broker. His clientele includes Fortune 500 CEOs, entertainment figures, entrepreneurs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. He provides advisory services across acquisitions, dispositions, and full capital-stack structuring, including Debt, Equity, Bridge, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity.
Today, Michael also operates in the private capital markets, specializing in premier asset classes across New York, Southern California, and other U.S. gateway cities.
Beyond business, Michael is committed to philanthropy. He supports Water.org, which advances access to clean drinking water and sanitation worldwide, and collaborates with the Clean Oceans Environmental Organization to promote the protection and restoration of our oceans.
