Bio
Michael Alderman joined Tishman Speyer in 2024 and currently oversees the firm's U.S. industrial platform. Previously, Michael worked for Hillwood where he was responsible for sourcing and executing industrial development, acquisition and partnering opportunities across ten U.S. States. He also spent time at Liberty Property Trust where he oversaw development, leasing, property management and capital budgeting for a large portfolio of industrial buildings.
Prior to that, Michael worked at Dermody Properties where he developed and leased more than 6 million square feet of industrial projects throughout the east coast. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Council of Supply Chain Management. Michael holds a BS in Economics & Finance from Susquehanna University, where is actively involved in their real estate studies program and serves on its Business Advisory Board
