Michael Balcom is a Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Capital, where he oversees development, acquisition, leasing, and disposition of industrial projects in Texas, Florida, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Northeast. He also serves as Portfolio Manager of the Crow Holdings Industrial Development Fund, where he is responsible for portfolio construction and strategy, performance monitoring, risk management, and capital allocation. Balcom sits on the CHC Investment Committee and has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 2013. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Capital, Balcom worked as a Financial Analyst at AMD in Austin, Texas.
