Michael Bennett is Corporate Managing Director for the Savills Detroit office. With over 40 years of commercial real estate experience, he brings expert-level knowledge of tenant representation to clients nationwide and globally. He has also acquired significant experience in new construction and build-to-suit transactions, completing over 2 million square feet of build-to-suit projects.
Prior to joining Savills, Michael was Executive Vice President for Colliers International. During his tenure, he provided stellar advisory services to clients representing a multitude of companies in Michigan, across the country, and internationally. He guided all of the brokerage’s strategic partner assignments for General Motors throughout North America. Throughout his career, he has built a professional reputation for a commitment to continuous process improvement and flawless execution. Earlier in his career, Michael also held roles at Corvus International, Trammel Crow Company and Farbman Group.
