Michael Bouras serves as a Senior Associate for Stream’s Multifamily group, based in Southern California. Collaborating closely with Managing Director of Multifamily Pat Swanson, Michael specializes in advisory consulting and the acquisition and disposition of multifamily income properties, specifically assets located in Orange County and the surrounding LA County markets.
Michael brings extensive multifamily experience to Stream, with a distinguished career that includes roles at Compass Commercial, Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, and Colliers International. At Matthews, Michael launched and established the Multifamily division in Orange County, creating a track record and presence in a new marketplace. He later partnered with Pat Swanson, now Managing Director at Stream, at Colliers to grow and expand one of the largest multifamily teams in Southern California.
Throughout his career, Michael has achieved record-breaking results, including setting the highest price-per-unit record in Long Beach, 90804, at $450,000 per unit. Leveraging his deep understanding of the local real estate market and an unrelenting work ethic, Michael delivers tailored strategies to exceed client expectations and help them achieve long-term financial goals.
