Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1968, practicing all asset classes of Commercial, Industrial, Investment Properties, and Farm & Ranch real estate in Texas, Louisiana and Mexico. Additional international practice in the Caribbean and Central America and serving U.S and international clientele from every foreign continent. Began career as Commercial Real Estate Broker and Appraiser. Ceased doing Fee Appraisals in 1981 When the State of Texas created the Appraisal Districts and became an Ad Valorem Tax Protest Agent in addition to real estate brokerage practice.
