Michael joined the Polsinelli Team in late 2018, specializing in the emerging capital markets of Brooklyn and Queens. He has been responsible for over $175 million in investment and commercial real estate transactions during his tenure, including the sale of the East NY Portfolio, a land portfolio consisting of 13 non-contiguous development sites totaling 165,000 square feet. Michael was able to get the highest price ever paid per buildable square foot in East New York during the 2016 rezoning proposed by the City Planning Commission. He was also responsible for the sale of Rubie’s Costume Factory, a 162,000 square foot development site in Queens to the School Construction Authority of New York. Michael procured the NYCSCA and was again able to achieve the highest price per bsf in the area.
In his spare time, Michael coaches high school basketball and resides on the Upper East Side with his wife and two children.
