Michael W. Cassidy serves as a Senior Vice President for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale and lease of office, industrial and retail properties. A broker since 1988, Cassidy has secured more than 2000 transactions with a sales volume in excess of $2 billion. Michael specializes in tenant and landlord representation, corporate relocation and national site selection. His duties include lease and sale negotiations, property valuations, financial analysis, contract negotiations, property tax consultation and market evaluations. His extensive experience has allowed him to be involved with major corporations across the United States implementing real estate related strategies. Michael is also a real estate consultant to major companies across the country. Career successes include: serving such clients as All Nippon Airlines, Citicorp, CCH, Inc., CT Realty, General Electric, General Motors, Honda, John Hancock, The Koll Company, Pelican Products, TA Associates, Topan Printing and Nissan. As an active commercial real estate advisor, he is a member of the Association of Industrial and Office Realtors. Cassidy earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California.
