Michael is a Vice President at Hanna Commercial Real Estate | Pittsburgh and has been with the company since June of 2015. Since joining, Michael’s focus has been representing occupiers in need of professional office, laboratory, R&D and otherwise “flex” space, as well as representing property owners looking to fill their assets with companies fitting the aforementioned occupant profile.
Michael credits his dedication to market research and staying up-to-date with market trends to his success in advising his clients in several capacities as their sales and leasing representative. As a result of his efforts, Michael earned the Emerging Office Broker of the Year by the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of SIOR in 2019 and has since earned the SIOR designation making him a member of the prestigious fraternity made up of 3,460 of the top commercial real estate practitioners worldwide. However, regardless of the assignment, Michael’s primary goals include building strong relationships with his clients, and always delivering an enjoyable service experience.
